Public Interest Litigation
In pursuit of health justice, our legal team at Huric-Uganda engages in strategic public interest litigation. We leverage the power of the law to advocate for systemic changes, address human rights violations, and seek redress for marginalized communities whose health rights have been violated.
Through strategic litigation, we aim to hold accountable those responsible for neglecting health rights, demanding transparency, and advocating for equitable resource allocation in the health sector. Our work in public interest litigation is rooted in our belief that the law can be a powerful tool to drive positive social change and ensure accountability.
